Come join local author David Gabbe for a dynamic and fact-filled cooking workshop featuring wholesome, plant-based dishes.
This workshop is presented in a demo style and includes handouts, recipes, and food samples!

David has facilitated vegan cooking workshops and been a speaker at health conferences since 1990. He is the author of six books, including his current one—David’s Vegan Home Cooking. All of his other vegan cooking workshops are open to the general public in co-operation with Santa Cruz Parks and Recreation.
