Internships
Family Service Agency offers an exciting internship program for MFTIs and CSWIs who want to further the agency’s mission and provide a public service. Most of our interns stay with the agency until they have completed their hours.
Internships require a minimum number of training hours, which include group supervision, training, intakes, and client hours. Individual supervision is offered as needed.
Supervision is on Tuesday mornings from 8:00 to 10:00am. The training program for the first year interns is 10:15 to 11:45am following the supervision. Scheduling for all other hours is flexible. The internship is a volunteer opportunity and unpaid. We do provide some reimbursement for expenses related to professional development.
Applications are accepted during January and February with interviewing in March for the following September.
