What to expect when you call:

Immediate Assistance: A trained call taker will greet you calmly and gather key details about your situation.

We aim to provide collaborative crisis support to all members of our community experiencing crisis. Our team acts as a first point of contact before hospitalization or law enforcement involvement is needed.

What We Do

We are a team of compassionate, caring, trained crisis responders who are prepared to assist community members in need. Our work is a collaborative effort between Family Service Agency of the Central Coast, and Santa Cruz County Behavioral Health.

We meet individuals in crisis wherever they are, with the goal of reducing law enforcement involvement and hospitalization in crisis situations. We aim to de-escalate, stabilize, support, and provide people in crisis with culturally responsive and clinically appropriate services.
