Many residents feel lonely and isolated and a card can help brighten their day. Most people like to receive mail, and this is a sure way to help put a smile on their faces! Volunteers are needed to write Mother’s Day/”Thinking of You” cards to seniors in assisted and skilled nursing facilities.
Some suggestions to help with stress and loneliness include Crossword Puzzles, Word Search Books, and Adult Coloring Books.
