If you have lost a loved one to suicide you are not alone. Resources are available for you.
We offer peer led support groups in Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Benito Counties (currently conducted virtually). These groups offer a safe and non-judgmental space to share experiences and listen to other survivors. All participants are asked to talk with a Suicide Prevention Service staff person in advance to discuss the loss and whether our support group would be helpful.

Currently, our groups are for adults 18 and over. Please contact us to learn about resources for youth.
