The CareCorps : Overcoming Suicidality

Family Service Agency has curated an Intensive Outpatient Counseling Program that aims to help individuals who are feeling suicidal by providing them with the support, tools, and skills they need on their journey toward healing. Our program is designed to aid individuals with stabilization and management of their emotions and develop the necessary skills to maintain a healthy mental and physical state.

Our program is open to all aged 16 and above who face suicidal ideation or have a history of suicide attempts. We are committed to tailoring our approach to your needs. You can choose to receive counseling services at our Santa Cruz offices or through our secure telehealth platform – whichever suits your preferences. Additionally, we are sensitive to financial constraints and accept Medi-CAL Insurance while also offering Sliding Scale fee options.
