  Strike Out Against Cancer

Each October since 1997, WomenCARE has held a “Strike Out Against Cancer” bowling benefit to raise funds to support our services. It’s not a competitive event—it’s a fun way to increase awareness while raising much needed revenue. All ages are invited to participate, with prizes, trophies, raffle tickets, and refreshments for everyone! Our past events have been overwhelmingly successful. Because our sponsors cover the overhead costs for this event, WomenCARE can say proudly that 100% of the money raised goes directly to providing free support services to women with cancer in Santa Cruz County.
